2008 Already

Wow! I can hardly believe it. I can remember when people thought the world would end and did crazy things like take out all the cash in their accounts and buy gas masks. Don't worry, I won't reveal any names. Pete and I spent New Year's with several friends who didn't travel at Marianne's apartment. She made us a delicious feast of South African foods--they don't do anything down there "light" or "low carb", a good way to end the year. The next day he and I left for Kribi.
